e-books for kids
---------------U.S. Passport--------------
We offer passport service here at our library.
You can download the application from www.travel.state.gov, and fill it out at home, except for the signature. We also have applications that can be picked up at the library.
The items needed to apply for a passport are as follows:
- Certified birth certificate issued by the state with a raised seal, or an expired passport
- 2 passport photos
- Separate checks to the U.S. Department of State for each passport
- Check to Louisa Gonser Community Library
- Completed, but unsigned, passport application
- Photo driver's license
- Please call for an appointment
